Hitting the Links
This weekend is a golf weekend. I played 9 holes at the executive-length Texas Sundown Ranch course in Sanger yesterday in preparation for a full round at Keeton Park in Dallas.
I did much better than usual yesterday, which is still definitely not good. I still need to work out the nasty slice I have when using my driver. At least my short game is getting better.
Going back to the Tuesday Bike Night mentioned last post, it was a blast. I’ve done it the past two weeks in a row and it’s a lot of fun. Lots of cool people and cool, old bikes. I will definitely be doing it again and again.
I’ve been using the Google Chrome Dev Builds for Linux on and off for the past couple of weeks, and I’ve noticed that it’s a lot faster than Firefox on my netbook. Here’s to hoping they release the real deal soon.
